Smoothie Recipes With Frozen Fruit
Making smoothie recipes of frozen fruit is one of the easier ways that you can consume these tasty beverages on a regular basis. This is because frozen fruit is much more convenient than using fresh fruit as it doesn't deteriorate in the fridge as fresh fruit normally would. This allows the fruit not only retain its flavor, but also its healthy benefits as well, which is crucial for weight loss and certainly makes for a more delicious beverage.
Now there aren't number of ways you can go out making these treats, but generally I like to use a bag of mixed berries and maybe a couple, and fresh and sweet fruits like bananas or mangoes to sweeten things up. Here is one of my favorite frozen fruit smoothies that you can try out for yourself, hope you enjoy it!
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries
- 1 whole fresh banana in chunks
- 1 cup of greek yogurt, your flavor of choice
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp of organic stevia for sweetening
- first you will want to place your water into your blender
- next you'll want to put in your Greek yogurt
- then follow with putting in your fresh banana chunks
- then add in your mixed frozen berries and sweetener
- blend until desired consistency
- enjoy!
