- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup filtered water or milk
- 1 cup almond or peanut butter
- 1 whole fresh banana in chunks
- 1 whole frozen banana in chunks
- 1 tsp of organic stevia for sweetening
- first you want to Place your filtered water or milk into the blender
- then you will want to put in your almond or peanut butter next
- then you'll want to put in your fresh banana chunks
- then follow that with the frozen banana chunks on top
- add your sweetener
- blend your smoothie until desired consistency is achieved
