Fruit Smoothie Recipes With Yogurt
One of my favorite smoothie recipes to come up with are fruit smoothie recipes with yogurt, not only because I love fresh fruit, but I also love to eat yogurt on a regular basis, so I thought why not put them together for a delicious recipe. There are number way to go about making these types of recipes, but generally I like to use really thick yogurt so that it makes this movie extra creamy.
Either have to go to full fat organic grass fed yogurt that is European-style, or you have to go with Greek yogurt, which you can get without fat. When it comes to fruit, I generally like to use a combination of fresh fruit for extra sweetness and then frozen fruit to make it extra thick and cold. Here's one my favorite go to smoothie recipes for those of you who love your yogurt!
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 whole banana in frozen chunks
- 1 cup of strawberry banana yogurt
- 1/2 tsp of organic stevia for sweetening
- 1 cup filtered water
- first you will want to place your filtered water into the blender
- next you want to put in your fresh strawberries
- then you'll want to place your yogurt in the blender
- then put in your frozen strawberries and banana chunks
- finally add your sweetener
- blend until desired consistency
- enjoy!
