  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 whole fresh apple in small slices
  • 1 whole banana in frozen chunks
  • a generous few handfuls of greens like kale or spinach
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp of organic stevia for sweetening
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  1. First you'll want to place in your filtered water into your blender
  2. then you will want to add in your Greek yogurt or alternative
  3. then you'll want to put in your fresh apple slices
  4. then add in your greens
  5. then put in your frozen mixed berries and frozen banana chunks
  6. finally, put in your stevia 
  7. blend until desired consistency
