Low Fat Smoothie Recipes
There are allot of great low-fat smoothie recipes out there, but generally there are some basic things you'll want to stick to if you intend to make a very healthy smoothie like this type. Generally, I recommend that you use not only non-fat ingredients but also low sugar ingredients as well, as sugar often converts to fat in the body, and can be a hidden source of fat that a lot of people are not aware of simply because it does not start out as fat.
When it comes to using low calorie and low sugar fruits, I generally recommend most types of berries and certain types of melons which often are the most friendly when it comes to calories and sugar. You should also use a non fat greek yogurt instead of other types of yogurts, as it has the same type of thickness as a full fat yogurt, with absolutely no fat. Please enjoy this tasty recipe!
